Hello everyone, my name is Taranga and I live in Hyderabad along with my husband, son and mother in law. I’m into baking and decoration of cakes only very recently. I’m always inclined towards cooking some delicious food from a very young age. Those days it was only books, or magazines or recipes published in newspaper columns.Now it is the youtube era. Everything is just a click away. When ever I tried out a new recipe , it is always my father who encouraged me the most. Even in my worst disasters, he never ever discouraged me. Like any father, for him, his daughter is always the best. Later on after marriage, it’s my husband’s turn to encourage me. Being foodie himself he always relished anything that’s delicious, and delightful, and that have me more wings to explore. Coming to baking, I’m more interested in designing, the creative beast in me is awakened when ever someone gives me freedom to design a cake. Earlier i used to bake just for family or close friends occasionally. Yes, no whatsapp so no pictures. Year 2020 has changed lives of many people in many ways. Same with me too. I was stuck at my parents place during the lockdown and I got so much time to practice the art, like many, i too started sharing the pictures of cakes and designs with my friends and family. Few friends and family started suggesting and encouraged me to start this baking commercially. Since, it is covid time, people are more inclined towards fresh and home baked food. So, i started baking commercially , taking orders mostly on phone, whatsapp, facebook and instagram. Yes, I’m a vegetarian, my bakes are totally egg free. I never used egg or never will use egg. I take orders 1 or 2 days in advance and prepare. I don’t keep cakes readily available. If it is a theme based or a designer cake, need little more time to think, plan and execute. And I continue to explore ny passion as much as and as long as possible.
